Clutch Studios Stage Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of production and studio management 
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in the film and production industry 
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time simultaneously and efficiently
  • Have a sense of pride about a job well done, be courteous and tactful, and have a commitment to quality of work 

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings to ensure production needs are detailed, clear and concise
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of client needs with staff & vendors 
  • Develop and coordinate team of vendors and suppliers for each project 
  • Primary point of contact with vendor communication & scheduling 
  • Manage financial aspects with vendors to ensure each shoot stays within budgetary confines 
  • Work with vendors on cost vs cost savings solutions  
  • Be proactive and take initiative for management and direction of studio operations  
  • Communicate to management & team on status of projects, planning and scheduling for upcoming shoots & weekly schedules  
  • Provide pre & post shoot feedback at project meetings  
  • Ensure studio remains clean, orderly and efficient throughout each shoot & there after  
  • Coordinate and manage Cyc painting needs  
  • Manage studio shipping & receiving  
  • Responsible for grip & expendables inventory, maintenance and storage  
  • Upkeep on prop inventory, allocation and tracking  
  • Responsible for making sure opening and closing duties are handled with the studio

Clutch Studios Production Coordinator

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of production 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production and content media
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects & Lightroom
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time simultaneously and efficiently
  • Have a sense of pride about a job well done, be courteous and tactful, and have a commitment to quality of work 

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Work with staff & vendors to ensure client’s needs are met within project and budget scope 
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of entire projects through hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and supporting management
  • Communicate to management & team on status of projects, planning and scheduling for upcoming shoots & weekly schedules 
  • Provide pre & post shoot feedback at project meetings 
  • Support staff by answering phone calls, taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data, etc. 
  • Manage day to day responsibilities for studio intern 
  • Coordinate client’s meals and crafty requests based on budget provided 
  • Develop and distribute call sheets for each project 
  • Create social & digital posts for companies social media channels
