Videographer Position
for Joey Logano Racing & Clutch Studios

Introduction:

Seeking an in-house full-time videographer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the goal to create exciting action and event videos to tell stories, enhance partner relationships, help build a brand through social media campaigns and recap successful accomplished events with Joey Logano Racing, the Joey Logano Foundation and Clutch Studios. The videographer will collaborate daily with the Marketing Manager of Joey Logano Racing and Studio Manager of Clutch Studios to successfully translate the creative vision through multiple on-going projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, shoot, edit requested video content projects for Joey Logano Racing and Clutch Studios
• Work alongside various members of the Joey Logano Racing and Clutch Studios Team
• Support/Lead creative strategies, scripts, shot lists, run-of-shows and storyboards
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience to assist concept development
• Understand equipment needs based on each project’s objectives
• Ability to setup and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones and props
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• Perform post-production duties in collaboration with clients to produce final edits
• Insert closed captioning, special effects, animations, end graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
• Deliver edits and final projects within specified time frames
• Keep files, workflows and production suite in an organized state
• Develop knowledge of newest production techniques to deliver optimized footage

Requirements:

• Experience directing along with a strong editing skillset (reel & examples required)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on company needs
• Understand sound recording, boom op and lighting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, notably Premiere Pro CC, After Effects CC and Audition CC
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify and advocate for workflow improvements and technical resource needs
• In-tune with industry best practices
• Ability to work independently with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, time management and multitasking abilities
• A keen eye with meticulous attention to the small details
• Agency or social media experience strongly preferred

Experience:

• Video Production: 3 - 5 Year Minimum

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
